Siaosi Manumataongo ʻAlaivahamamaʻo ʻAhoʻeitu Konstantin Tukuʻaho was born on September 17, 1985, in the Republic of Tonga. In March of 2012, he became the heir apparent to the throne when his father, Tupou VI, ascended to the throne.
On July 12, 2012, the Crown Prince married his double second cousin, Sinaitakala Fakafanua. The 17th of September has been celebrated as a holiday since 2012 in Tonga.

For the Crown Prince of Tonga, there are official birthday celebrations in his honor that are attended by high-ranking officials and royal family members.
